• Instagram's Terms of Use

4User Responsibilities & Content

Users represent and warrant that:

• All provided information (bio, handle, demographics) is accurate and current.
• They have the rights to any media or content shared through the platform.
• They will not engage in deceptive engagement practices (e.g., buying followers/likes).
• They follow local advertising disclosure guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

5Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Viralfluencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign outcomes or interactions between users. You agree to indemnify and hold Viralfluencer harmless from claims related to your content or violation of these terms.

6Payment & Collaboration Disclaimer

Any payments processed through Viralfluencer are subject to third-party payment provider terms. We do not guarantee selection for campaigns or specific results. Campaigns are at the sole discretion of the brand partners.
